Please read the following carefully because the registration procedure has changed from previous sessions. Please note that we can accept credit card payments through Paypal. Registrations must be received by midnight on Tuesday, August 31, 2010.
REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2010 IS OPEN
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2010.
3) Add up the total class fees. PALS Enrichment Programs accepts credit cards and checks. If you are a teacher there is a field in the registration form to deduct your fee and possibly not owe a payment. If so, email your registration to Geneva Pullen: gb_pullen@yahoo.com.
4) Pay the amount in full by PAYPAL or by check (directions for both are below in the PAYMENT INFORMATION section). If you use PAYPAL, email your Registration to gb_pullen@yahoo.com. If you pay by check, mail Registration to: Geneva Pullen 180 Morrison Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15216
5)There is a very small amount of financial assistance available; if you think you may need assistance, please see the information at the bottom of this page.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
TO PAY BY PAYPAL
1) Log in to your PayPal account info or create a new PayPal account.
2) Once you are logged into PayPal click on the "Send Money" tab.
3) When the "Send Money" window opens fill in the following:
a) In the "To" field enter info@palsenrichment.org
b) In the "Amount" field enter in the total amount for the classes your would like your child(ren) to take.
c) The "Currency" pull-down should be showing "USD - US Dollars"
d) Next to the word "For" select the "Services" radio button
e) Click on the "Continue" button
4) The next window to open is the "Review Your Payment"
a) Review the data you entered
b) Scroll down the page and in the "Subject" field, enter the words "PALS Enrichment Payment"
c) In the "Message" box enter in either the word ""Total Payment"
d) Click on "Send Money" Button
5) A window will open that will be titled "You Have Sent a Payment" with your information itemized on it
NOTE for new paypal users. Paypal is a popular target for “phishing” scams. Please do not ever click through to paypal from an email link, particularly one asking for account information. Always enter the address directly into your browser window.
TO PAY BY CHECK:
Mail your check to the registrar with the Enrollment/Registration Form Fall 2010. Indicate your child(ren)'s name(s) in the memo line on your check. Please make the check payable to PALS Enrichment Programs.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Financial assistance -- To request an additional parent job for a $50 credit or to apply for financial assistance, please send a request to Geneva Pullen gb_pullen@yahoo.com.
Financial assistance will be given based on self-identified need (tax returns or the like will not be used in this calculation; rather, the scholarship committee will accept a family's proffer that they are in need of financial help).
Financial assistance will be given to a particular family after other avenues are explored, mainly, reducing the number of classes taken, choosing less expensive classes, providing that family with extra jobs based on availability.
Eligible will be those families who have attended PALS Enrichment classes at least one term and shown adherence to the program's policies. Preference will be given to those with school aged children, the primary targets of our program.
Finally, financial assistance monies available will be divided equally among children (not equally among families) of those who apply and are eligible for funds.
